ALTERED STATES
A Workshop in Hypnosis and the Imaginal Realms with Danny Dee
Saturday 28th April 2018 from 10:30 am

Trance is a natural, pleasurable and profound state of relaxation and focus that dissolves anxiety and accesses the creative and curative power of the unconscious.

In hypnotherapy it is used to treat phobia, tinnitus and a wide range of stress-related physical conditions such as dermatitis and IBS. It is also illuminating for people interested in the nature of the deep mind and the art of persuasion.

In Danny Dee’s workshop, you will:

- Experience hypnotic trance, and the worlds beneath the surface of cognition.
- Learn a simple technique of self-hypnosis.
- Master the basics of the Elman induction and practice hypnotic language

Note: this is an experiential demonstration of hypnosis inside your own head, not on stage (so we won’t need volunteers to cluck like chickens etc).

Tickets £12. Please click here to buy.
